Dar es Salaam. Tanzania Breweries Limited (TBL) is celebrating the 40th anniversary of its oldest brand, Safari Lager which the firm says is proud of.
The beer which hit the market in 1977 has won some awards in Africa, according to Safari Lager brand manager Ms Edith Nasuwa. “We attribute our success to our strong foundations, belief in our brand and always providing value to our consumers,” she said.
The series of activities would be also done in upcountry regions. “We are promising our consumers to continue supporting us as there are many to come aiming to make the beer prominent,” she said.
